You own everything you write in Echo. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your journals, your thoughts, and your reflections are yours, always.

Echo is a tool for personal reflection and self-awareness. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. Any reflections or insights generated by the app are informational only.

You agree not to use Echo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that interferes with the service or harms others.

Account & Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Echo if these terms are violated or if the service is misused..

Service Availability

While we strive for perfection, Echo is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure your data is safe and the app is available, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
